Wedding Day

Oversee and Direct the Ceremony & Reception
Assist with set-up
- Receive Vendors
- Ensure everything is on time and set up as planned
- Ensure table numbers, place cards, programs, wedding favors are placed correctly
Ensure Coordination of Program
- Handle any unforeseen circumstances that arise on the day of the event
- Oversee all vendor operations
- Hand out wedding Flowers, Pin on Corsages, Boutonnieres, etc.
- Direct Bridal Party
- Ensure vendors receive payments and gratuities
- Coordinate the collection of gifts received at wedding
- Ensure last minute details- turn on candles, etc.
- Assist photographer with the pictures you want, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
